This has to be a joke. But someone sure put a lot of work into writing 6 pages of this stuff. And the fact that it was copied and printed off (you can see a staple in the upper left hand corner of one page) suggests that maybe it was for real.

This is unreal, and I love it. Easily one of the best-written papers you've posted so far, but so mind-boggling. The writer just seems so earnest.
At the end, they pay homage to Jonathan Swift's "A Modest Proposal." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_modest_proposal)... the bit about eating babies. The writing is in a similar style -- no doubt a "Satire" assignment from some class.
Thats what I get for not reading this all the way through before posting it. I never even got to the Swift reference. Ok, so, yeah, like anonymous says: definitely a satire assignment.
