I was going to say the exact same thing. The crossing of the t's with the trailing-off of the last cursive letter is really unique. When I was playing around with my signature as a child, I tried dotting the i's on my first name in this fashion. I can't imagine doing it with every word!
As someone who used to write my last name like that (with a swoop back to cross the 't'), I must say it looks like something you do when you're in... I guess, 6th or 7th grade.
