Meredith and Kate write:

Given the fact that they fwd'd me the full ppt file, I know that slides are in order and that I'm not missing any, which makes the last slide all the more confusing.

I think the last slide was saying that if you choose work over your family, your family pays.... in the following ways:

oh: duh.
I'm gonna pretend I knew that all along and that my commentary was an observation at how unclear their wording is (which it is).
I did not have any school carnivals. I feel disengaged and have no confidence. I'm going to drop out now.
