Cletus (pages 8-12)

I'm not sure about how I feel about how satisfying the ending is or isn't. Maybe I'm just too scared that the conclusion of this paper shows clear signs of revision.

I loooved the drawing of the mother! It cracked me up. Also "200 dollars of nachos please" - haha, that is totally ridiculous.

man, at first i thought that it was a flash forward thing to twenty years in the future, with cletus still living with his mother and buying her nachos because he couldn't go to college... and robert e. lee foster had grown up to become postman...

i like my idea better than the revision...

I think you typo-ed the title of this post... but I like it.

"Cleat-us" ... like he's a soccer player or something.

Cletus...that one simple word says it ALL! Speak no further! Cletus' story reminds me of where I teach (which reminds me of Springfield from the Simpons)...that scares me...your comments are hilarious! Thanks for the laughs.

Can I just say that I love your blog. I laughed so hard that I was literally crying. And this is potentially the worst story ever written and I've read some really, really bad stories.
