An Apologist for "The Apology"
I bet a guy like this sat behind you in that philosophy course you took:
I also liked the footnotes on page 2 and 3 (that didn't have enough understandable content to make it worth copying). Highlights:
---
1. Much of this formal definition of rationality is owed to my instruction in "Philosophy and Economics" by Professor Frank Thompson
3. A fascinating and often overlooking cognitive phenomena expounded briefly at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Analysis_paralysis
---
The paper ends with 3 more italicized quotes from Socrates, Solon, and John Stuart Mills
Yeah, this is an old grab but I hope you liked it just the same. Welcome back from Thanksgiving break all you students, TAs, GSIs, and profs.

Local Illustrator
I just wanted to use this found copy of the Independent to give
Brandon Lynn a link. He's a local Ann Arbor guy who does this amazing stuff with...whatever the correct term for these is. Puppets? Figures?

Extreme Wordart
Just felt like putting up a second entry for today.
I think it's funny how many things I find where the person obviously designed it in color only to print it out in black and white.
Sorry for all the fold marks: this one's been in my coat pocket a while.
Is this saying that you can help bring Zionism into the 21st century? Or saying that you can help combat that?

Learning Writing Assignment
When I found a Michigan football player's paper last month, I figured that was the last one I'd find (given the athlete:student ratio). But today I stumbled upon this paper written by a player on the Michigan hockey team. It doesn't get much wordier than this; must have been a 3pg assignment.

AHFB Repeated Themes
Had enough material for a 2nd post today. I just keep finding this stuff. I feel like this first page could be a student who wants to be like "look, I couldn't do the reading you assigned; I typed in the URL correctly and this came up! See? I'm blameless!"
And then the second thing is the kinda stuff I've been finding all week: it's another Wikipedia citation. Whee.
Oh and by the way, AHFB stands for Angell Hall Fishbowl.
